Customer Care Advisor

Customer Care Advisor to start on 17th August

Location: Valley Road, Birkenhead (potentially the opportunity to work some days from home once training is completed)
Contract: Fixed-Term (17 th August 2026 - 31 st December 2026)

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary £24,800 per year

Overtime from October - December (including some Saturdays)

No holidays can be taken in November & December

Join the Love2shop Customer Care team during our busiest and most exciting time of year. We're looking for a customer-focused individual to support customers across phone, email, live chat and social media, helping to resolve queries, investigate issues and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do:

• Handle customer enquiries across multiple channels
• Resolve account, order, refund and balance queries
• Support customers using our website and app
• Complete KYC checks and support compliance processes
• Respond to social media queries and feedback
• Help identify ways to improve the customer journey

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
