What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a CRM Consultant with experience designing, implementing, and managing CRM projects. You'll play a key role in transforming client needs into effective, scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications from a Spanish university (preferably Barcelona).
- Business school Master's degree is a plus.
Languages:
- Spanish: Native proficiency.
- English: High level. Advanced or Proficiency certification is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in consulting, especially in areas such as sales, marketing, customer service, or BI.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus, but not required-we provide training).
- Experience in managing functional, technical, and team leadership aspects of projects.
Key Responsabilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis and solution design.
- Handle Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Oversee testing, user training, documentation, and project follow-ups.
- Work within Agile methodologies.
- Ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and alignment with business goals.
Soft Skills:
- Strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Clear and confident communication, both within the team and with clients.
- Analytical thinking with a proactive mindset to solve problems and deliver value.
- A passion for learning, upskilling, and earning certifications.
