Creative & Communications Category Lead - 6+ months - ASAP

We are currently looking for a Creative & Communications Category Lead to support a leading global sportswear brand within their EMEA Procurement team.

Your mission will be to lead sourcing activities across Creative & Production, PR/Comms, and Social Marketing services while ensuring strong agency partnerships and high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities:

* End-to-end category management (Creative, Production, PR/Comms, Social)

* Develop & execute sourcing strategies across EMEA

* Negotiate commercial agreements & mitigate supplier risks

* Manage supplier and agency relationships ensuring quality services/good deliveries

* Support marketing teams on agency selection & major campaign needs

* Identify saving opportunities and drive strategic procurement initiatives

Required skills & profile:

* 8-10 years' experience in Marketing Procurement or Marketing Operations

* 5 years experience in category management is preferred

* Strong communication skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders across a Matrix structure

* Skilled in building stakeholder relationships across creative & marketing teams.

* Experience with procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP, Aravo, Conga

* Proactive, analytical, and strategy-driven.

* Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Project details:

* Start: ASAP

* Contract duration: 6months +

* Location: Netherlands

* 40 hours per week

* Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office in Hilversum
