About The Scrum Role

As a Scrum Master in the Integrated Order Management Squad, you will drive the development and continuous improvement of DevOps teams managing the full order life cycle, while working closely with internal customers and cross-functional teams across 28 countries to ensure effective delivery and alignment with senior stakeholders.

You will apply the appropriate mix of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and traditional project management methods to meet stakeholder needs, coordinating resources and vendors to deliver key enhancements and initiatives. In this fast-paced, results-driven environment, you will gain strong exposure to industry best practices, operational excellence, and the digital transformation of end-to-end order processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Establish, organise, and manage DevOps processes for innovative platforms and products within the Integrated Order Management
• Manage budget, forecasting, and financial performance of a DevOps team consisting of internal and external professionals.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Platform Architect, and development teams to manage and prioritise backlogs received from central teams and local markets.
• Ensure smooth activation and deployment of new order management functionalities through effective vendor and internal team management.
• Oversee Test Management, Training Planning, and Change Management to ensure high-quality execution throughout the delivery life cycle.
• Learn new solutions and lead their deployment across multiple markets with minimal supervision.
• Promote team alignment, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and champion Agile best practices.

Are These Your Strengths?

• You have at least 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development or configuration.
• You live the Scrum values every day and lead by example.
• You are a certified Scrum Master (or actively pursuing certification).
• Strong experience with Agile Methodologies are a must
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You speak and write fluent English.
