Salary: £40,000 (DOE)
Permanent Contract 8-bedded service

What the role involves
You will manage an 8-bedded service supporting adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical and sensory disabilities and challenging behaviours.
Your role is to create a warm, active and engaging home where people can thrive - a place filled with structure, meaningful activities, new experiences and a sense of belonging.
You will:
- Lead and support a dedicated staff team
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care
- Develop detailed care plans tailored to each individual
- Build a strong, stable team through recruitment, induction and development
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations
- Work closely with families, carers and professionals
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding and quality
- Support HR processes such as investigations and disciplinaries
- Take part in the on-call rota

This role requires strong experience and a genuine passion for supporting adults with complex needs.

- Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
- Proven supervisory or management experience
- A calm, confident and person-centred approach
- Resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations
- A commitment to high-quality care and positive outcomes
