Registered Manager - Birmingham (B66)

Salary: £40,000 (DOE)

Permanent Contract 8-bedded service

What the role involves

You will manage an 8-bedded service supporting adults with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical and sensory disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Your role is to create a warm, active and engaging home where people can thrive - a place filled with structure, meaningful activities, new experiences and a sense of belonging.

You will:

  • Lead and support a dedicated staff team
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care
  • Develop detailed care plans tailored to each individual
  • Build a strong, stable team through recruitment, induction and development
  • Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations
  • Work closely with families, carers and professionals
  • Uphold high standards of safeguarding and quality
  • Support HR processes such as investigations and disciplinaries
  • Take part in the on-call rota

  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
  • Proven supervisory or management experience
