Covert Retail Security Specialist

Mitie Group plc. is seeking Store Detectives to join our retail security team across South London stores. This covert, plain-clothes role focuses on preventing and detecting shoplifting, protecting assets and ensuring a safe shopping environment.

You will work discreetly, identify suspicious behaviour, and cooperate with store management and local police. Valid Front Line SIA Licence required; strong observation, reporting, and decision-making skills; flexible to weekend work; right to work in
