It is essential that candidates have recent practical experience of working with children in a learning context, and ideally of children or young adults with SEN. They should also have a sound working knowledge of child development.

The key function of the role is to provide cover for classes in any phase for planned PPA cover or where a member of staff is absent, ensuring quality first teaching & learning is continued.
