About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring students complete the work set and remain on task. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting smooth day to day school operations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise whole classes in the absence of the class teacher
• Ensure students remain focused and complete set work
• Manage behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide clear instructions to support student understanding
• Report any issues or concerns to relevant staff
• Maintain a safe, structured and productive classroom environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Confident, calm and professional approach
• Ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups
• A genuine interest in supporting education and student progress
