Your new company
An established and highly successful property investment company is seeking an experienced Corporation Tax Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract. The business operates in multiple jurisdictions across Europe and is continuously exploring new opportunities to enter new markets and continue growing the portfolio.
Your new role
In your new role as a Corporate Tax Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
Tax Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of corporate tax returns.
- Manage tax audits and liaise with tax authorities as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Transactions:
- Provides tax advice on property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
- Conduct tax due diligence and identify tax risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to structure transactions in a tax-efficient manner.
Transfer Pricing:
- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation.
- Conduct transfer pricing analysis and benchmarking studies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations.
Tax Planning and Strategy:
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to optimise the company's tax position.
- Advise on the tax implications of business decisions and strategies.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
To succeed in this position:
- ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified with UK and international tax experience
- You'll have a strong understanding of UK and overseas tax laws and regulations
- You'll have experience in providing support and advice on property transactions & are able to conduct tax due diligence
- You will be a self starter with the ability to work independently and take on ad-hoc assignments where neccessary
