Corporate Solicitor - Associate

This is a new strategic hire created by growth, offering high-quality work, genuine progression and a clear pathway towards senior leadership.

The Role

You'll advise SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and growth companies across a varied corporate caseload, including:

• M&A, acquisitions and disposals
• Share and business sales
• Corporate restructuring and governance
• Shareholder and investment agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Strategic business advisory
• Client relationship management
• Supporting junior lawyers and team development

You'll also have the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of the Corporate team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
• 3+ PQE with strong corporate and/or commercial experience
• Commercially minded with excellent client skills
• Looking for a long-term career opportunity with progression
