Corporate Solicitor - Associate
This is a new strategic hire created by growth, offering high-quality work, genuine progression and a clear pathway towards senior leadership.
The Role
You'll advise SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and growth companies across a varied corporate caseload, including:
- M&A, acquisitions and disposals
- Share and business sales
- Corporate restructuring and governance
- Shareholder and investment agreements
- Commercial contracts
- Strategic business advisory
- Client relationship management
- Supporting junior lawyers and team development
You'll also have the opportunity to help shape the continued growth of the Corporate team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
- 3+ PQE with strong corporate and/or commercial experience
- Commercially minded with excellent client skills
- Looking for a long-term career opportunity with progression
Package
- Fantastic salary up to £80,000
