THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor to join a growing team. Acting for business owners, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients across a range of sectors including technology, IT, and life sciences, you will advise on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions.
Your work will include mergers and acquisitions, disposals, management buyouts, founder exits, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, private equity and early-stage investments, group reorganisations, corporate governance, and partnership agreements. You will manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions, contribute to business development activities and play an active role in the continued growth of the team.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 3-5 years' PQE and a strong background in corporate law, ideally gained within private practice. You will have experience advising on a range of corporate transactions, with exposure to M&A and private equity work being particularly advantageous. The successful candidate will possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, together with strong commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting client relationships. You will be proactive, organised, and keen to contribute to business development while developing your own specialist expertise.
