Job Description

The Property Development Solicitor should be able to:

• Advise clients on corporate legal matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
• Draft and review key legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate law and industry changes.
• Manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Solicitor should have:

• At least 3 years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
• The ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting.
