An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Senior Associate to join a Tier 1 ranked corporate team in Leeds. Working on high profile cross border transactions, this role offers exposure to complex M&A, private equity, IPO and public takeover work for an impressive national and international client base.

Description

The Corporate Senior Associate will be:

Advising on complex M&A and private equity transactions

Working on IPOs, public takeovers and cross border deals

Managing transactions from inception through to completion

Drafting and negotiating key corporate documentation

Working closely with private equity sponsors, listed companies and UHNW family offices

Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers within the team

Profile

The Corporate Senior Associate should be:

A solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in corporate law

Experienced in M&A and private equity transactions

Comfortable managing complex matters and client relationships

Technically strong with excellent drafting and negotiation skills

Commercially aware with strong attention to detail

Able to work effectively within a high performing collaborative team

Interested in developing their career within a leading regional law firm

Job Offer
