A respected and growing law firm in Sheffield is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established Residential Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of property matters while playing an important role in the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Deal with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
• Progress matters independently with minimal supervision
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers and estate agents
• Provide a high level of client care throughout each transaction
• Support and mentor junior members of the team where required
• Contribute to business development and the wider growth of the department

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently from start to finish
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercial approach with a proactive attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
