Shifts: Days or Nights

We are currently recruiting for skilled and reliable Assembly Fitters to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Stoke-on-Trent. Permanent and contract roles available.

You will be responsible for assembling a variety of components and structures to precise specifications, ensuring products meet strict quality and safety standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and structures using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering instructions.
• Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and specifications.
• Carry out adjustments and problem-solving where required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across production teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an assembly, fitting or a mechanical role.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Practical, hands on approach with good mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering environments is advantageous.
