A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy residential property team in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

You will assist fee earners with a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This includes:

• Preparing contract packs and supporting documentation
• Conducting searches and reviewing title documents
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
• Managing files and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing general administrative support to the team

About You:

• Previous experience in a conveyancing or property law role is essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
