Control Room Operator: Waste Processing & CI

Biffa is seeking a Control Room Operator to manage the flow and processing of waste using remote cranes and plant equipment. You will maintain detailed records, support planned maintenance and drive continuous improvement to minimise downtime.

The role is 37.5 hours per week on a three-shift rotation (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am) with overtime paid at 1.5x and a strong emphasis on health, safety and environmental standards on site.
