Role Overview

Contracts Lawyer (Hybrid) needed in Oxford, £40-£60ph - Reference: 469910

Full role on a temporary contract basis. 4-6 months in the first instance. We ask you to attend the office one day a week or at least occasionally where the work demands.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with contracts and procurements (including advising on contract modifications) under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 & the Procurement Act 2023
• Funding agreements and subsidy control law
• Collaboration/partnership agreements

Qualifications

• Experienced local government/public sector contracts lawyer
• At least 3 years PQE
