Role Overview:
As a Contract Operation Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for our new contract management system, helping to centralise the storage and management of commercial and subcontracts. Your contributions will directly enhance operational efficiency and legal compliance within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Champion the new contract management system, becoming an expert in its functionality.
Lead and support projects to expand system use across the organisation.
Train and assist stakeholders on effective system utilisation.
Review contractual documents to extract key information for data entry.
Redact sensitive information from agreements as needed.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity with meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders for consistent data management.
Perform various legal administrative tasks to support the Legal and Compliance team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proactive and curious individual with experience or interest in contracts/legal documents.
Quick learner, able to navigate new systems and technologies effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data input.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a range of stakeholders.
Team player, dedicated to collaborative outputs.
Experience with data entry and information management systems is desirable.
Familiarity with contract redacting processes is a plus.
