Contract Manager - Estate Services
Location: West London
Department: Housing
Grade: PO5
Rate: £300-£350 per day
Working Arrangements: 4 days on site, 1 day home working
Reports to: Strategic Head of Place
Team: 4 Contract Monitoring Officers

- Oversee cleaning and grounds maintenance contracts.
- Hold performance meetings, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage and support a team of contract monitoring officers.
- Address resident enquiries and complaints.
- Analyse data to improve contract performance and generate reports.
- Maintain high health and safety standards.
- Lead projects to enhance service delivery.
- Align actions with the Council's climate and ecological commitments.
Skills We're Looking For:
- Experience in contract management and leading customer-facing teams.
- Strong IT and data analysis skills, and the ability to write concise reports.
- Positive, motivated with a focus on high estate service standards.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Flexibility to work across boundaries and attend meetings outside standard hours.
