ServiceNow Developer

ServiceNow Developer - Configuration, Customisation, ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM; Module Development, Flow Designer, Agile. Permanent, Remote/Hybrid (1-2 days in office per week) (UK Wide) with operational hubs in City of London, West London & Edinburgh). £70k - £80k +Benefits.

ServiceNow Developer required by global A/V service provider with clients in both the public and private sector. Working within the technology team you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the existing ServiceNow solution based upon business requirements, undertaking the necessary configurations and subsequent administration of the platform and its various modules used by around 1200 globally users.

The main responsibilities include:

• Design, development, testing and deployment of ServiceNow modules inc ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, HRSD
• Develop automations and support system integrations
• Develop Flows using Flow Designer, Business Rules and UI Policies
• Manage user access with ACL and core SNOW functions
• Develop the system using JavaScript, XML, JSON where applicable
• Work with other teams to drive adoption throughout the business

We are searching for a ServiceNow Developer/ServiceNow Engineer/ServiceNow Consultant who has gained experience of developing various SNOW modules and can undertake some additional administration/platform management tasks:

• Experience gained in either consultancy or end-user/internal environments
• Hands-on Service Now development experience
• Ability to build flows with Flow Designer
• Experience with a range of modules from: ITSM, CSM, FSM, SPM, HRSD, ITOM, GRC etc
• Programming knowledge, such as JavaScript, JSON or XML (desirable)
• Exposure to UI Builder (desirable)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

This role can be undertaken on a remote hybrid basis with the caveat that there is a need for 1-2 days per week in one of the business centres in either the City of London or West London.
