Contract: 12 month FTC

Work Pattern: Hybrid - 1 day a week travel to Corby (NN17 5JF)

As a Content Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for working with our largest customers globally, to support in the setup of an eProcurement relationship with RS. This involves enabling customers to access our product offer via Punchout catalogues or static content files, to place eOrders and receive eInvoices, working across multiple databases and business areas.

You will also support in resolving support queries from customers or internal departments to improve satisfaction and reduce manual workarounds.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage technical implementation projects for new eProcurement customers, including planning, prioritisation, and execution (setup, test, go-live).
  • Create and distribute content files for eProcurement customers globally.
  • Plan and manage regular content file refreshes for existing customers, in accordance with agreements.
  • Analyse data within eProcurement systems to supply static catalogue product data to customers.
  • Use Continuous Improvement techniques to accelerate processes and prevent issues during implementation.
  • Manage technical implementations of solutions including Punchout & eOrdering capabilities.
  • Facilitate the technical journey to go live, including setting up customer data in systems like SAP and SHAPE.
  • Manage multiple customer integrations to meet deadlines and standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, adherence to project timelines, and accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders and third parties.
  • Work with third-party providers to streamline processes.
  • Manage the shared mailbox for the eProcurement team and act as appropriate.
  • Maintain operational knowledge of eProcurement standards to support RS effectively.
  • Support incident resolution and service requests as needed.

Technical Capabilities:

  • Experience with XML, XSLT, SQL
  • Experience using Shape (RS System)
  • Experience with Microsoft CRM
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Excel, Talend, and SQL Servers
  • Knowledge of FTP

Knowledge:

  • eProcurement - Punchout, Content, and eOrdering
  • Internet-based systems (RS Website and eCommerce applications)

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and improve systems and data
