Requirements

  • 4+ years' post-qualified experience in residential conveyancing
  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Strong expertise in sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Experience with both freehold and leasehold transactions
  • A tech-savvy mindset and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client service
