Job Description
  1. Act as a Lloyd's of London market subject matter expert.
  2. Support the development of the consultancy's P&C proposition and provide market intelligence.
  3. Offer strategic recommendations to clients within the Property & Casualty sector.
  4. Analyze clients' business operations to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop comprehensive project plans to facilitate organizational change.
  6. Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements.
  7. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.
  8. Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
  9. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  10. Support sales initiatives and bid proposals.
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. Deep Lloyd's Market Expertise: Proven experience working with carriers, syndicates, managing agents, and brokers within Lloyd's, with a solid understanding of market placement processes and bureau services like LIMOSS and LMA.
  2. Blueprint Two Knowledge: Understanding of Blueprint Two change initiatives, digital placement, data integration, and operational impacts across underwriting, claims, and policy lifecycle.
  3. Consulting and Delivery Skills: Ability to shape and deliver technical consulting projects, including establishing near/offshore delivery models (e.g., Poland, India), and experience in scaling teams.
  4. Commercial Awareness and Influence: Ability to work with client partners and business development teams to identify value-added opportunities, support cross-selling, and drive growth strategies.
  5. Strategic Thinking with Execution Focus: Capable of translating market transformations and regulatory changes into actionable delivery roadmaps, balancing long-term value with operational efficiency.
