Construction project manager

For a construction project from one of our clients, we are looking for a: Building Project Manager (M/F) Your mission:- Check the compliance between the initial design and the work carried out.- Manage the revision process and plans.- Ensure daily liaison with the different stakeholders (client, production, site teams).- Guarantee the quality and consistency of the technique.- Oversee the complete technical management of the project, including monitoring progress, deliverables, and quality control.- Supervise the technical plans and execution plans, ensuring their compliance with project requirements and client specifications.- Manage all interactions with suppliers involved in the production process, including requests, deadlines, deliveries, and profiles.Profile:- Architecture degree (preferred).- Experience in technical/project management.- Experience on sites is a major plus.- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical plans.- Good mastery of AutoCAD and Revit.- Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams and with multiple stakeholders.- Italian: fluent is a plus.- Good understanding of technical production processes, execution plans, and as-built plans.- Knowledge of the financial aspects of project management (payments, SAL, suppliers).- Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented mindset.- Previous experience in the construction, engineering, or project management sector is a plus.- Junior profile accepted.We offer:- A full-time position in a dynamic company.- Work location: Geneva.- Duration of the contract: 2 years.Are you interested?
