Project Manager Specialist - Civil Engineering

Then this position is made for you!Your responsibilities:Implement maintenance and management plans in the context of asset management of the site, including needs assessment, research and development of solutions, financial and time projections, for the following infrastructures:- Aeronautical and road pavements,- Markings and vertical signage,- Retaining and protection devices (guardrails, bollards, blast barriers),- Airport fences,- Civil engineering structures and underground works,- Above-ground and underground parking,- Wastewater networks and associated management and safety devices,- Underground infrastructures for potable water networks and particularly:Organize and manage calls for tenders and contractors according to public procurement procedures (AIMP-GE),Determine intervention schedules for maintenance work,Monitor and update management dashboards for operating and investment budgets allocated to maintenance and projects,Coordinate maintenance work and projects while ensuring operability by coordinating multiple trades,Provide the maintenance manager with regular technical and financial reporting,Participate in on-call and technical standby services as well as work irregular hours.You hold a degree in engineering (EPF or HES) or an equivalent qualification and you:- Have very good knowledge of construction standards; knowledge of aeronautical standards is a real asset,- Have experience in the field of civil engineering and project management in this area,- Have a developed team spirit and ensure transparent and regular reporting,- Demonstrate great ease of communication and qualities that enable optimal collaboration,- Show through your experience your results-oriented mindset and rigor in daily management,- Have analytical skills and a critical mindset along with a strong sense of responsibility,- Display dynamism and availability,- Maintain flexibility and open-mindedness in management,- Master the tools (office and specialized software),- Know how to use geodata management tools (e.g., ArcGIS Pro or QGIS) and maintenance management software (CMMS),- Have a perfect command of the French language and its subtleties; English is a plus,- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B minimum).Embark on a unique experience!
