I'm looking for a (Senior) Concept Engineer to play a key role in pre-sales, helping businesses understand the value of modular robotic automation.

You'll work closely with sales and engineering teams to design proof-of-value solutions, run compelling demos, and turn complex customer requirements into practical automation concepts.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Partner with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored automation concepts.
• Convert requirements into technically sound, cost-efficient robot automation concepts.
• Prepare and deliver demos, simulations, and proof-of-value concepts showcasing real impact.
• Act as the technical expert in sales conversations, making complex robotics understandable.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) to coordinate schedules and deliverables.
• Capture customer insights and help influence product development.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in technical pre-sales, automation, robotics, or mechanical design.
• Proficiency in CAD programs (eg, Autodesk Fusion) or simulation tools.
• Strong problem-solving and creativity for developing automation solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to make complex tech easy to understand.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Independence, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in German or English.

Flexible working options: hybrid on-site in Munich or remote from anywhere in Germany with occasional travel to HQ and customer sites.

Salary ranges: €60,000 - €90,000 + bonus + benefits Dependent on experience*
