Your New Job: In this role, you'll be immersed in a broad range of validation, quality, and compliance tasks. You'll collaborate across internal departments as well as with external service providers, playing a key part in supporting the company's quality and compliance goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and maintain validation activities for equipment, systems, processes, or computer systems
• Support compliance and quality initiatives in line with GMP standards
• Assist with documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
• Provide support for serialization systems and related compliance processes
• Work with different teams and oversee outsourced validation activities when needed
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and validation processes

What Are We Looking For?

• Experience in QA and validation within pharmaceutical or life sciences settings
• Solid knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance
• Previous work with pharmaceutical serialization systems is a plus
• Quality assurance exposure involving validation is advantageous
• Strong independence, multitasking, and adaptability skills
• Excellent communicator with great documentation and problem-solving abilities
