Your New Job: In this role, you'll be immersed in a broad range of validation, quality, and compliance tasks. This position sits within a growing, agile business, so flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in are essential. You'll collaborate across internal departments as well as with external service providers, playing a key part in supporting the company's quality and compliance goals.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and maintain validation activities for equipment, systems, processes, or computer systems
- Support compliance and quality initiatives in line with GMP standards
- Assist with documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change controls
- Provide support for serialization systems and related compliance processes
- Work with different teams and oversee outsourced validation activities when needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and validation processes
- Experience in QA and validation within pharmaceutical or life sciences settings
- Solid knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance
- Previous work with pharmaceutical serialization systems is a plus
- Quality assurance exposure involving validation is advantageous
- Strong independence, multitasking, and adaptability skills
- Excellent communicator with great documentation and problem-solving abilities
