Compliance Policy & Governance Manager

An international financial institution is looking for a Compliance Policy & Governance Manager to support its Head of Policy & Governance in London.

This is a broad and highly visible role with the opportunity to deputise at key committees and shape the bank's compliance policy framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance compliance policy and governance frameworks

• Advise business and support functions (Ops, HR, IT) on regulatory change

• Drive process improvements as part of a compliance transformation initiative

• Chair or support key internal committees and governance activities

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years' experience in compliance policy, governance or advisory

• Strong communication and senior stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience delivering compliance initiatives in complex environments

• Project-based experience within regulatory compliance

Location: London (Hybrid working, approx. 3 days in office)
