Complaints Resolution Specialist - Customer Service Advisor

Angard Staffing is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for Royal Mail at the Dearne site in Barnsley. The role is temporary for 12 weeks with a 37.5 hour week, 8:00am-18:30pm, Monday to Saturday.

Training is three weeks with no annual leave during training, and performance must meet required standards. Key duties include providing first-time solutions to customers via phone and email, handling calls and complaints, and maintaining service levels within targets.
