Your new role
As a Community Partnership Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting community-based organisations that deliver vital services to individuals affected by complex and sensitive historical issues. You will work closely with partner organisations to ensure services are effectively planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with funding requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and voluntary organisations
  • Providing guidance, support, and oversight to funded organisations to ensure quality service delivery
  • Supporting the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess impact on health and wellbeing
  • Supervising programme staff and monitoring performance against agreed targets
  • Advising on funding compliance and contributing to the review and improvement of grant policies and procedures
  • Analysing financial and performance data to inform recommendations and decision-making
  • Preparing reports on programme outcomes and progress for senior management
  • Identifying training and development needs to strengthen organisational capacity
  • Representing the organisation at meetings and public events
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring systems and databases are kept up to date
  • Contributing to business planning and performance monitoring activities


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of programme or project experience working within the community and voluntary sector.
  • Practical experience of developing positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders across the community and voluntary sector.
  • Practical experience developing Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks and monitoring progress against key outcomes.
  • Experience of analysing complex financial and non-financial information and producing recommendations to management.
  • A current UK Driving Licence with access to a car. This will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.

What you'll get in return

  • 3-6 months initially
  • 37 hours per week
  • £19.59 per hour (£37,694 Per Annum)
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week in office
