The RoleAs a Specialist Teacher, you'll deliver personalised learning to pupils across KS3 and KS4, supported by experienced LSAs and a collaborative wider team.
The curriculum includes:

What You'll Be Doing- Delivering engaging and accessible lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Adapting learning for a range of SEND and SEMH needs
- Supporting pupils through accredited and personalised pathways
- Using low arousal and trauma informed approaches
- Working closely with LSAs and wider professionals
- Supporting communication, emotional regulation and independence
- Monitoring progress and celebrating small wins along the way
