Community Engagement & Employment Pathways Specialist

Colchester Institute Enterprises Limited seeks a Community Support Engagement Officer to develop approaches that help hard-to-reach candidates access employment and career change opportunities.

You will provide guidance on employment, education, training and volunteering, conduct initial assessments, and create pathways with local partners across Colchester, Braintree, and Tendring to remove barriers to employment.

Travel across different sites is required in a full-time fixed-term contract role.
