Covering: Horndean, Bordon, Liss, Alton, Crawley & surrounding areas
Salary: £27,976 per annum Company Van
Hours: 40 per week
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Do you take pride in keeping environments clean, safe, and welcoming? We're looking for a Communal Cleaner to join a busy frontline team delivering a first-class service to residents across a variety of communities.

What you'll be doing:
️ Cleaning communal areas to a high standard
️ Travelling between sites on a planned rota
️ Using technology to record completed work, including photos and forms
️ Ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe, and presentable for residents
️ Taking ownership of your designated properties and maintaining excellent standards

What we're looking for:
A positive, self-motivated attitude
A passion for cleaning and attention to detail
Reliable and able to work independently
Comfortable using basic technology for reporting tasks
Full UK Driving Licence
