Job Description
Role Details

Full time, fixed term role (37.5 hours/week) until December 2026. Hybrid working: split between home and our Upavon, Wiltshire office. Initial training: first 4 weeks based on site in Upavon, Monday to Thursday. Induction: a 1.5 day in person induction at our offices in Bovington. We welcome applicants from Black, Asian and other ethnic minority backgrounds.

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinate officer and outreach events
  • Liaise with schools and educational institutions to promote opportunities
  • Conduct thorough eligibility checks to ensure candidates meet required criteria
  • Match candidates to appropriate events, ensuring the right person is placed in the right opportunity
  • Collaborate with assessment centres, careers offices, and key stakeholders to maintain high standards and effective communication
Essential Skills
  • IT literate and competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous administration experience
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A passion for Customer Service with the ability to go above and beyond and take ownership of any issues
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with Army Careers would be an advantage
