3:00 am - 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering high quality food and exceptional service, helping to ensure every customer's journey through the airport is a positive one. You will support the day to day kitchen operations while maintaining the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to brand specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage your section effectively, including leading shifts when required.
• Maintain stock levels, complete preparation lists, and deliver timely service during peak periods.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Minimise waste through proper storage, labelling, and stock rotation.
• Support and train new team members, fostering a positive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
