• Experience: You have led a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR, or similar environment, managing a team.
• Energy: You don't hide in the office - you're on the floor, leading your team from the front.
• Standards: You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.
