Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days out of 7
Location: Newbridge on Usk, Tredunnock, Usk NP15 1LY
Due to the rural location, being able to drive is strongly recommended.

We're now looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef who's passionate about flavour, seasonality, and developing their craft in a high calibre kitchen.

What We're Looking For

• A motivated and ambitious fully qualified Commis Chef
• Passionate about fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
• Keen to grow within a 2 AA Rosette culinary environment
• Confident, communicative, and steady under pressure
• A strong team player ready to support and contribute in a high standard kitchen

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and present dishes that celebrate Welsh produce and seasonal flavours,the hallmark of our award winning restaurant
• Work under the guidance of our Senior Chefs, building your skills and confidence
• Contribute to a consistently high standard of modern British cuisine
• Collaborate with both kitchen and front of house teams to deliver memorable guest experiences
