My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with a strong presence across the North East, County Durham, and North Yorkshire. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

This opportunity is suitable for solicitors at any stage of their career who are looking to develop their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment while working on a broad range of quality commercial property matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Advise clients on sales and acquisitions of commercial premises.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and assignments.
• Assist with property development, secured lending, and refinancing transactions.
• Provide practical commercial property advice to a diverse client base.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Ability to manage files independently and prioritise a busy workload.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and client care skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Experience in agricultural property matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
