Commercial Manager (Building Services)

Commercial Manager required for one of Ireland's Leading Tier 1 M&E Contractors for large-scale Data Centre, Life Science, Commercial & Industrial Projects. Position is based out of the Dublin Office. The successful candidate will have a good track record of delivering projects from a Building Services background.

Duties- Manage a team of surveyors to deliver commercial services in line with industry practice.
- Develop and oversee reporting, ERP processes, and contract documentation to meet business needs and best practice.
- Build strong relationships with PQSs, suppliers, and subcontractors to agree final accounts and secure best value.
- Control budgets, cash flows, and project costing through RedSky and company systems, ensuring accurate reporting.
- Place and administer sub contract orders and payments, evaluate terms and conditions, and manage variations.
- Provide advice on contractual claims, analyse risks, and present monthly commercial reports at project and business reviews.
- Degree in Project management, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 10+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills dealing with design team / client / meetings etc.
- Good attention to detail, with an analytical approach and ability to work using your own initiative.
- Must be currently based in Ireland or the UK and eligible to work in Ireland without requiring a work permit.
- Salary €120,000 to €130,000 DOE
