Job Description
Overview 
Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ-2 years PQE).
Location: Basingstoke / hybrid working
Responsibilities- Act for companies and individuals in non-contentious corporate and commercial matters and in commercial and insurance disputes that include cross border elements.
- Assist members of the team in handling breach of contract, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of duties under the Companies Act 2006, defamation, debt recovery and insolvency matters.
- Qualified or training contract holder with NQ-2 years PQE in commercial litigation.
