Job Description

1. Oversee and manage the financial planning and budget management functions.
2. Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team.
3. Manage the preparation of all financial reports.
4. Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning.
5. Develop, implement, and manage the financial systems and processes.
6. Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.
7. Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
8. Engage with the finance committee of the board of directors to develop short-, medium-, and long-term financial plans and projections.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

1. Fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
2. Excellent proficiency in financial modelling and analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of financial reporting.
4. Exceptional leadership and management abilities.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
