Commercial Director / Design & Build (Pharma) Consultancy

Salary £125k+ and a company car. Based in Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance by protecting margins, improving cash flow and identifying cost saving opportunities.
• Work closely with the board, operational leaders and clients to support budgeting, forecasting, contract reviews and tender activity, shaping strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent).
• RICS Chartered (or equivalent).
• NEC accreditation or extensive expertise with NEC contracts.
