Job Description
Commercial Director / Design & Build (Pharma) Consultancy

Salary £125k+ and a company car. Based in Manchester.

We are a market leader in pharma and cleanroom design and build projects across the UK. We value collaboration and employee satisfaction, with many team members who have been with us for over 10 years.

Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial performance by protecting margins, improving cash flow and identifying cost saving opportunities.
  • Work closely with the board, operational leaders and clients to support budgeting, forecasting, contract reviews and tender activity, shaping strategic decisions.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (or equivalent).
  • RICS Chartered (or equivalent).
  • NEC accreditation or extensive expertise with NEC contracts.
