Commercial Contracts Lawyer 12-Month FTC West Midlands 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote Immediate Start

A well established and highly regarded firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an immediate requirement offering a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days remote.

This role would suit a fairly senior lawyer (Principal Associate level or equivalent) with strong commercial contracts experience and the confidence to work autonomously from day one.

The Role

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Advising on supply, services, distribution, and partnership agreements
• Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients
• Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE (seniority at Principal Associate level preferred)
• Solid background in commercial contracts
• Comfortable handling complex matters independently
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Available to start at short notice
