Commercial Contracts Lawyer

A well established and highly regarded firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an immediate requirement offering a hybrid working pattern of three days in the office and two days remote.
This role would suit a fairly senior lawyer (Principal Associate level or equivalent) with strong commercial contracts experience and the confidence to work autonomously from day one.
The Role- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Advising on supply, services, distribution, and partnership agreements
- Providing commercially focused legal advice to clients
- Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE (seniority at Principal Associate level preferred)
- Solid background in commercial contracts
- Comfortable handling complex matters independently
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Available to start at short notice
