Lonza seeks a CoE Specialist for SAP Access Management. Join our team to support user access within SAP ECC! Your role as a CoE Specialist will be as part of a broader SAP Access Management CoE and involve managing user access and authorizations in Lonza's SAP ECC system. Under the CoE Lead's mentorship, the incumbent will help ensure compliant, efficient access processes in SAP. Specifically, you will be responsible for resolving questions from business users, delivering high-quality customer service, and driving continuous improvement to Lonza's authorization concept. Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP access-related incidents and service requests via ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  2. Troubleshoot user access issues in SAP and contribute to GRC compliance.
  3. Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in collaboration with business teams, internal controls, and IT access management.
  4. Assist end-users and business collaborators with access-related questions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  5. Support role assignments, approvals, and risk analysis in SAP GRC Access Control.
  6. Perform routine checks and monitoring of SAP access controls and segregation of duties.
  7. Document SOPs and knowledge articles for recurring issues and workflows.
  8. Escalate complex issues to senior specialists or the CoE Lead for resolution.
  9. Collaborate with other IT and security teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  10. Participate in training and knowledge-sharing to enhance skills.

Key requirements:

  1. Basic understanding of SAP user administration, authorizations, or security concepts.
  2. Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage tickets and deliver high customer care standards.
  5. Ability to work within compliance guidelines and implement access management processes successfully.
  6. Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional and audit teams.
